Not on every fare. The cheapest option (Ultra Lite) includes only a small bag up to 40 × 25 × 20 cm (15.7 × 9.8 × 7.9 in) that fits under the seat. A cabin bag up to 56 × 36 × 23 cm (22 × 14.2 × 9.1 in), with 7 kg (15 lb) for it and the personal item together comes with Lite; Max.
What happens if my bag doesn't fit HK Express' sizer?
