These are departure security rules. What you may bring into a country is decided by that country's customs. If you change planes, the transfer airport screens you again under its own rules.
Security staff make the final decision, and an airline can be stricter. Sources: ICAO and IATA dangerous goods rules, and the screening rules of the departure country.
Questions
How much liquid can you take in hand luggage?
In Russia, the EU, the UK, the US and China: up to 100 ml per container, all in one clear resealable bag of about 1 L (a quart-size bag in the US). Some UK airports allow up to 2 L, so check your airport.
Can you take a power bank on a plane?
Yes, in the cabin only and never in the checked bag: no more than 2 per passenger, up to 100 Wh (100–160 Wh only with your airline's approval), and no charging on board. Each airline can be stricter, so check yours.
Can you bring food through airport security?
Solid food is usually not limited at security, but sauces, honey, yoghurt and other liquid or paste foods count as liquids: up to 100 ml each in the cabin. What you may bring into another country is a customs question, so check the rules of the country you fly to.
Can you take medicine over 100 ml in the cabin?
Usually yes, if you need it during the flight: in the EU, the UK, the US and China, with a check at security (the UK and the US may ask for a prescription or doctor's note). In Russia take only the amount you need for the flight and show it; security staff make the final decision.
Can you take a lighter on a plane?
In the UK, the US and Russia: one lighter carried on you, never in the checked bag. In China, lighters and matches are not allowed at all. For other countries, check with your airline or airport.
