The 55 × 40 × 25 cm cabin bag is included with Smart and Max; Basic and Plus include only the under-seat bag. Both bags share one 10 kg limit. The size grew from 55 × 35 × 25 cm on 12 May 2025.
Transavia sells checked baggage by weight, spread over up to five bags. Each bag is up to 32 kg and 165 cm in total dimensions, with no more than 50 kg per passenger.

Is a cabin bag free on Transavia?
Not on every fare. The cheapest option (Basic / Plus, under-seat bag only) includes only a small bag up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm (15.7 × 11.8 × 7.9 in) that fits under the seat. A cabin bag up to 55 × 40 × 25 cm (21.7 × 15.7 × 9.8 in), with 10 kg (22 lb) for it and the personal item together comes with Smart / Max.
What happens if my bag doesn't fit Transavia's sizer?

Yes. Besides the cabin bag you can bring one personal item up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm (15.7 × 11.8 × 7.9 in), 10 kg (22 lb), such as a handbag, laptop bag or small backpack, stowed under the seat in front of you.
